Here is the recipe for the guava custard. Guava Custard6 eggs2 cans condensed milk3 cans evaporated milk1 cup sugar1 tablespoon vanilla1/2 long box guava jelly (cut in small pieces)1/2 small can guava marmalade (red can)Use long box solid guava jelly, not jelly with guava down center.Cut jelly in small pieces.Have everything ready prior to starting.Use hand wisk to incorporate each item.Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Test for doneness after 1 hour - possible 15-18 minutes longer.Put pan in water bath to bake.Use 11 3/4 X 9 1/4" square aluminum pan.
