Class Reunion of the 1960’s
“Conch Pride “
Attention Classmates from 1960 to 1969. Based on the success of the 50’s reunion, we are planning a total 60’s reunion for May 9, 10, 11 of 2003.
The format for this Conch Pride event will be as follows:
· Friday, May 9, 2003 – Each class will have their individual class reunion designated by their reunion committee. It will be a time to share special memories with your classmates.(see attached registration form)
· Saturday, May 10, 2003 – This event is for ALL classmates of the 60’s. Reservations are limited to classmates and spouse or classmate and 1 guest. Due to fire code restrictions we will be limited to 500 reservations. If you are planning to attend, it will be a great opportunity to see folks you have not seen in many years. The 60’s Bash is the place to be. More on this event later.
· Sunday, May 11, 2003 – This event will be our Conch Day. We will all meet at Patio Beach, Truman Annex for a Conch Day Picnic. Everyone will be responsible for their own food and drinks. If you are participating in this event, please let us know how many people will be attending in your party so we can have an accurate count. This will be another opportunity to share those special memories with former classmates.
Accommodations: The following hotels have given us a group rate. You will have until March 31st to take advantage of these rates. When calling for a reservation you must ask for the “Class of 60’s Reunion Rate.” All rates are plus tax.

Costs Per Event
· Friday, May 9, 2003 – This cost will be determined by your class. The check for this event must go directly to your individual class committee members.
· Saturday, May 10, 2003 – The cost of this event will be $20 per person/$40.00 per couple. It will be held at the Holiday Beachside.
Cocktails: 5:30 p. m. – 7:30 p. m. (Cash Bar)
Hors d’oeuvres: 7:30 p. m.
Dancing: 8:00 p.m. – till
It will be the 60’s Bash. A D. J. will spin our favorite tunes to the wee hours of the morning.
· Sunday, May 11, 2003 – The cost of this event will be minimal, approximately $2.00 per person. Everyone will be responsible for their own food and drink. It will be a Conch Day to remember.
